Inside Wire Maintenance Plan
Sign Up for Inside Wire Maintenance Plan for just $2.00 per month
This plan allows you to avoid a Service Call Charge and a Travel Charge regardless of where trouble is found. If trouble is found in the inside wire, then Consolidated will repair it at no charge. The Inside Wire Maintenance plan does not cover repairs or additional installation of customer equipment or customer facilities beyond the jack, such as phones, modems, computers, routers or LAN wiring. Additional plans can be subscribed to in order to cover the premises wiring at an off-premises location or facilities connecting two locations of a customer-owned off-premises extension.
* For Fiber to the Home customers this plan covers the installation of the Power Supply backup battery. Customers are responsible for the purchase of their battery.
